"STAGOSAURUS." - Painted in Gouache.

Line drawing for Stagosaurus, before the painting process.

I Change from children's illustration, mostly because sometimes I like to explore more and challenge myself a little more. Just personal and practice working with detail.

 Line drawing  before Paint. Gouache.

"RED."

"Star" Wars. ;) Why Not!

Original template sketch for Star Wars! Has you can see, I originally wanted Characters, but I didn't like it, so scrapped the idea.

"Storm"troopers. :) Again, why not! The helmets are cloud like, I've always thought!

Original drawing, before coloured.

First sketch idea for Stormtroopers.. As you can see its very crude, but it can be. Its just a reminder, like a quick note! :)

Firstly the line drawing, before once again scanning that in and colouring in  on Photoshop. The inspiration for this illustration is a friend on Facebook is in Mississippi at the moment, and as soon as I heard the word Mississippi I immediately thought "Misses Zippy." As simple and crazy as that!! I had a laugh with this. Zippy or Misses Zippy is so funny.. lol. :)

A sketched idea (thumbnail) in my notebook.

Another sketched Idea for work, this time on a post-it note!

SCOTLAND - Rab C Nesbitt astride Nessie in Loch Ness.

Attempting to establish the best position for Rab to sit!

Above; are the first study sketches for Rab C Nesbitt.

Rab C Nesbitt himself - played by Scottish actor Gregor Fisher.

Dog & Dinosaur - Out in the Snow. Dinosaur does everything for that dog!

Original drawing on white card, coloured pencils.

To achieve symmetry, its easy to draw one side and then trace it to the other side. Simples!! :D

Original tiny sketch which gave me the idea for illustration.

Kid Vs Octomonsta! A nice fun illustration, re-using old characters :)

Left; original drawing.                        Right; coloured in Photoshop.
